Thermage

What does Thermage do?

Thermage is a revolutionary anti-aging treatment that uses radiofrequency energy to increase collagen production and improve the skin on a cellular level. This treatment device not only works by increasing collagen levels but also tightens the skin to restore youth to the appearance and revitalizes the skin.

How long does Thermage last for?

between one and two years

How Long Will Thermage® Results Last? The full benefits of Thermage® become apparent in around three to four months – roughly the length of time it takes for the skin to renew itself. The effects can persist for between one and two years after that, depending on your age and prior skin condition.

How many sessions of Thermage is needed?

Measurable tightening and contouring improvements appear gradually over a two to six month time period following a single treatment session. How many treatments will I need? Unlike many procedures requiring four or more sessions, most Thermage® patients benefit from a single treatment.

How quickly do you see results from Thermage?

When do you see Thermage results? Though some patients show immediate improvement after a Thermage procedure, most patients experience a gradual, progressive improvement over one to six months. In fact, 80 to 90% of patients show measurable and noticeable effects at the six-month mark.

Does Thermage make you look younger?

The Thermage process tightens loose skin, minimizes the appearance of wrinkles, and uses collagen stimulation and growth to help develop more supple and youthful-looking skin. After receiving this treatment, it won't take long to look and feel like yourself again.

How often do you repeat Thermage?

Generally, patients feel a gentle, warm sensation when this device is applied to the surface of the skin. The procedure visit requires approximately one hour, or 35 minutes with Thermage FLX, and usually only one treatment is necessary. Maximum results are attained by repeating Thermage every 2-3 years.
